Submit a Question

Hello and welcome to the Submit a Question page here at playing with words 365!  Do you have a question or a subject that you would like me to cover here at PWW365? Fantastic..because I want to hear it! I am currently looking for questions that YOU would like answered here and/or suggestions for general topics. I am looking for questions from parents, early childhood educators, OTs, PTs, Speech Pathologists (of course!) and anyone who works with children in general.

Here is how it works:

1. Use the form below to submit your question. Though I would like your first name as a reference, I understand you may wish for your name to be withheld in the post where I answer your submission. This is FINE! Please just sign the question “anonymous” and I will not use your real name at all.

2. I will review the question and determine if the subject matter is appropriate for the blog. I will email you, using the email address you provide me, to let you know if your questions has been accepted for a post and when your question (and answer) will be published.

3. Please understand that I am only ONE Speech Pathologist. I do not have all the answers (not even CLOSE! HA!). If I feel I cannot adequately answer your question, I will contact you and provide you with other resources on the subject if I know of any.

4. Please Note: I am an SLP who specializes in pediatrics, specifically the little ones (2-6) and elementary aged (K-5). Though I have experience in middle school and even high school, these ages are FAR from my area of expertise. In addition, I am NOT an expert in feeding so any advice I give on that would be coming from Katie the mommy and not Katie the SLP 😉 I do, however, know several fantastic SLPs and OTs who cover feeding extensively in their practice and blogs and I’m happy to share those resources for you. The bottom line is: If I don’t feel I can answer the question adequately, I’ll let you know so you can look elsewhere.

Thank you! I look forward to hearing from you!
