Happy New Year!

January 8, 2014 by Katie Filed Under: Blogging, Family Life Leave a Comment

Whew! I don’t know about you guys, but we had a busy few weeks around here! I tried to spend more time “unplugged” and didn’t even sign into my blog for nearly two weeks! We spent some much needed time hanging out as a family, watching movies (both with and without the kids), and getting little things done around the house that I have had on my “to-do” list for months. I also am reading a book for fun, which these days rarely happens! I am one of those crazy people with 5 books on her nightstand. I read whatever topic interests me that evening but all my books had been on parenting, child development, speech and language…I am now reading Orange Is the New Black: My Year in a Women’s Prison. Have you read it? Have you seen the show? I have not…but I want to now!

Anyway…so I signed into my blog finally this week, only to discover that it is having some issues. I am not sure if you as my readers are having as many issues as I am, but when I access my blog I get a lot of errors and these errors are not ok! I talked to my hosting company and they were great with giving me some suggestions and I’ll be spending the next couple days trying to to get things fixed!

In the mean time, I wanted to wish you all a very happy New Year and I hope you all had a great holiday season! I am really looking forward to 2014 here at PWW365. I’m excited to bring you more meaningful and useful content and help you all help the children in your life become competent communicators!

I’ll leave you with a couple of my favorite images from our break…up in the snow near where I grew up! We had a blast!

Wish me luck on fixing this blog…in the mean time…tell me, what was YOUR favorite thing about winter break this year?
